Returns

You can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving the products.  If you want to return your purchase, we will refund its price - as long as it is within 30 days.  To make a return, email us at info@kitgame.co.nz

NOTE: We do not accept returns on items purchased from our Archive collection. Please ensure you make the correct selection when purchasing products in our Archive collection

To use the right of return, the goods must be returned in the same condition as you received it. Goods must be returned “as-new”, in a saleable condition, be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in saleable condition.

You are responsible for posting your return back to us, which includes the cost of postage and ensuring the goods are returned to us in a good condition. Feel free to choose the shipping method that best suits you. If you are returning an item that is faulty, we will reimburse you for the postage costs but please contact us first at info@kitgame.co.nz
